  • Raised venture capital and chartered a new commercial National Bank.
  • Developed strategic plan that was essentially unchanged over a seven-year period.
  • Through thorough and complete planning, brought bank to consistent profitability in ninety days, a full 30 months ahead of plan.
  • Aggressive marketing generated $42,000,000 in profitable business in two and one half years. 
  • Extensive construction / development financing.
  • Built 40,000 square foot bank building.
